The Rock Creek Rural Fire Protection District is governed by a board of commissioners elected by the citizens of the district according to Idaho State Law. The commissioners hold monthly meetings at Station 1 every second Thrusday of the month at 7:00 p.m. The meetings are open to the public and the public is invited to attend.
The current board of commissioners is comprized of the following citizens from the district:
- Zone 1 -- Jack Claiborn, Jr (chairman)
- Zone 2 -- Clarence Hollifield
- Zone 3 -- Rufus Turner (vice-chair)
